Turkey Teriyaki Burgers

Hmmmmmm! These are the perfect burgers to hide last nightıs leftovers in. With the addition of Teriyaki sauce, ketchup and cheese, no one will ever know how naughty you are!

1 pound of good free-range ground turkey
2 T teriyaki sauce or make one of 2 parts soy and maple syrup and 1 part ginger, garlic and sesame oil
2 T of catsup
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1 cup of leftover rice, quinoa or mashed potatoes
1/4 cup of chopped nuts, optional
1 egg
Salt & pepper

Mix everything together and shape into patties. Pan saute in a little olive oil or grease a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve inside a bun with lettuce and tomatoes and oven-roasted potatoes on the side.
