The Easiest Salad Dressing in the World

In the bottom of your blender bucket, put:

1 T dijon
2 T Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1/ 2 clove garlic
a little parsley or cilantro

Puree for a few seconds then slowly add 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
Thin with a little water or apple juice if necessary.
