Braised Bok Choy with Miso and SoyIngredients: 1 head of Bok choi or Tat soi1 T of coconut oil and 1 T olive oil 1 clove of garlic 1 T Miso and 1 T water 1 tsp Braggs or Soy 1 Tsp of Apple cider Vinegar 1 tsp of asian chili-garlic sauce What to do: Cut your Bok choi into 1/2 inch strips. Rinse it in a bowl and drain it in a colander, cause its organic and their may be bugs in there. Heat up both oils and add Bok choi when oil is hot. Saute for about 5 minutes, then add garlic. Saute another minute or two then add miso mixed with water and the rest of the ingredients. Salt and pepper. May not need salt as miso and soy ore both salty. | |||||||
