Baked King SalmonBake at 400 degreesIn a roasting pan or glass casserole dish, Lay out 2-3 pounds of Salmon. I use Wild Alaskan King Salmon, as that is the healthiest option. Sprinkle on; 1 Tblsp of Prairie Rub 1 tsp of Salt Traders sea salt with sea weed 2 tsp of toasted sesame seeds 1 Tblsp of chopped Italian Parsley Drizzle 1 Tblsp of good Extra Virgin Olive Oil If you canıt get your hands on the Prairie Rub, you can make one. Open your spice drawer and look for the following; Ground coriander, chile powder, mace, cumin, fennel seed & paprika. In a pan, dry toast until lightly smoking, 1 tsp of each of the above, with the exception of the fennel, for which you should use only a 1/2 tsp. Bake for 10 minutes of so depending on the thickness of the salmon. I like mine mr-med and thatıs about 10 minutes. | |||||||
