These recipes were created to help the home chef eat healthier in a simple, seasonal, whole food fashion. Eating organic, local and in season is the best possible way for us to eat. We want to help with that!

There will be ingredients listed in the dessert recipes you may not be familiar with, ie. rappadura, succanet, stevia, spelt, etc. Get down to your local health food store or well stocked grocer and try these options. They are much better for you than their white flour, white sugar counterparts.
