What to do:
Cut the squash in half length wise and scoop seeds out. Lay cut side up in a glass roasting pan. Into each squash put cinnamon, salt, pepper, butter, honey or maple syrup, chile powder and fresh garlic and ginger. Roast at 375 for one hour approximately. Consume. You can scoop it out of the shell and eat or sometimes the shell is soft enough to eat as well.
