Buy a case of over ripe, organic locally grown peaches and prep as follows. Peel and cut 2 peaches for every smoothie and throw in a baggie for the freezer.
One baggy of peaches
3 T of organic plain or vanilla yogurt
2 T of vanilla whey protein powder
1 cup of favorite juice (I like apple or peach)
1/4 tsp of stevia plus
1 T of Flax oil
Blend and drink.
