Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup spelt flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/4 tsp of salt
Stir, then add;
1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup of rapadura
1 tsp of vanilla
2/3 cup of raisins
1/3 cup walnuts or pecans
1 Tblsp Canola or olive oil
1 Tblsp of pure maple syrup
Stir, then shape into one-inch balls and drop onto buttered or oiled cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 300-degree oven. After they’ve cooled put them in a plastic container or zip lock for freshness. You can freeze in smaller zip locks for convenience and pull them out as needed.
