HOW IT WORKS

Our Boxes are available in the Roaring Fork and
Crystal River Valleys of Colorado only.

Fresh & Wyld accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover for online payments. All transactions are processed in real time through our merchant account service provider. Please note that our merchant's refund policy states that refunds are not given on processed credit card transactions and that a credit will be given instead. This credit can be applied to any of our products listed on our website.
 

To join Fresh & Wyld, click here. You will have the option to select automatic ordering for the whole season. This is not required, but it does save you the trouble of going online or phone calling your order in every week, as well as insuring you of being one of the first to have your box order filled in the event that we get really famous and popular. When you have filled in your blanks and created your password, you no longer have to give us all your information ever again. Simply log on by typing in your password and give us your order. We'll do the rest.

To view our current box drop products, click here.  The boxes are delivered in the Roaring Fork Valley on Tuesdays and Fridays. Tuesday is our up valley day with drops to Woody Creek, Old Snowmass, Snowmass Village and Aspen. On Fridays we deliver down valley to El Jebel, Basalt, Carbondale and Glenwood Springs. Drop-off time varies, due to Nature, traffic and the occasional glitches involved with businesses. We try to do all drops between 11am and 6 pm. You do not need to be home. Most folks like us to put the food in their fridges and we are happy to do that! (we are not to crazy about mean dogs, however) Some folks leave an ice chest on their porch and this also works well.

All box participants will receive an e-mail reminder on Thursday evening telling you to order soon, what you can expect in the box and any specials running that week. Orders must be in by Sunday noon.

Our down valley Friday drop participants will receive an e-mail reminder on Monday evening. Orders for Friday box must be in by Wednesday 5 pm.

Along with the most amazingly fresh food, you will receive a newsletter filled with recipes for your box that week and healthy, easy tips and nutrition tidbit. Enjoy! and do spread the word if you are happy!
